What is The Bay to Bay Boat Club you ask?
Thank you for your interest in the services Bay To Bay Boat Club offers..
If you are `shopping around’ for boat clubs, you have a few choices. We market ourselves as the Country Club of Boating; where everything is done for you at a high level. Bay To Bay is the creator and innovator of the Boat Club concept. Other clubs have imitated and tried to copy our model, but no one does it as well. BTB has been in business longer than all of our competitors have been, combined. We offer the largest fleet of luxurious boats and our boats have more amenities, some are even custom made. Size-wise the boats are far bigger. Even the little things; every one of our boats has a porta potty bathroom/changing room and all boats have great stereo with blue tooth. The option of having a Captain, catering service, all toys included and exceptional service is what we sell.
What is most important is customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations. That’s why we’ve been in business nineteen years; Minnesota’s longest operating and most respected Boat Club. BTB has always had an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
We do not devalue BTB with an infinite number of people, or have a different `deal’ every month. We do not sell a lot of hype and marketing, definitely not high pressure sales and very low-key when it comes to selling our product. If it looks like our concept will work for you, we’d love to have you as a member! There are two programs, two prices and a limit of one- hundred fifty members. We could take more members but choose not to; preferring quality customers over quantity. Every Member gets to use all the boats. We do not offer different `levels’ of boats based on what you pay. The owner, Tom Jacob and manager, Tommy Smith, are always on site to welcome you. For many customers our personalized attention and service is important. No one is more passionate about running a boat club business and it is very important that we know our customers. We are at one fantastic location and to sum it all up we simply do, what we do, better than any other boat club and have been for nineteen years! The Bay To Bay concept is based on having the right ratio of people to boats to maximize availability for members.
Many people inquire about our services. The Boat Club is not for everyone. One thing I suggest to everyone is that if you join, buy the smaller package and see how it goes. I don’t know of too many people who would sell you the less expensive package, but I do! You can always buy `up’ to the bigger package. Don’t `overbuy’. I would rather have customers be happy and remain customers for years as opposed to doing the Club and being dissatisfied because your family’s lifestyle prohibits you from getting out as much as you would like. If you are like many of our members, vacations, work, kids’ activities, your social life all are factors in determining how much you actually can get out. It’s similar to having a cabin, golf club membership or dinner reservation. You have to plan/reserve ahead for those things and it’s the same type of planning needed to make time to go boating, especially on the weekends. To make the most of your summer (and your BTB membership), it would benefit you to boat on a number of weekdays as well. Weekends are obviously very busy on the lake as opposed to weekdays and the weather may not be great for every reservation you have. I have spoke to many people over my nineteen years and have a pretty good handle on everyone’s good intentions to make it out to boat often but in reality, everyone has so much going on, it is more difficult to do than you think.
I would be happy to speak with you about Bay To Bay Boat Club either by email at email@example.com or by phone at (952) 401-3880 Once again, thank you for your interest. If our model and programs fits your lifestyle, we would certainly enjoy welcoming you as a Member!
Based on BBB files, Bay to Bay Boat Club has a BBB Rating of A+ on a scale from A+ to F. BBB processed a total of 0 complaints about Bay to Bay Boat Club in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period

Providing Exceptional Customer Service is Our Business.
Here is what one member has to say about our service.
My wife and I are new members this year and were members of another boat club last year. Wow, what a huge difference we experienced from club to club! We found Bay to Bay to be head and shoulders above the other in so many ways. First, the professionalism of Tom and his Team at Bay to Bay was amazing. We could not even get out of our car without having someone from the team greet us and start helping us unload the vehicle. Next, the quality of the boats were superior in so many ways. They were bigger, all had bathrooms, and were overall higher quality boats. Finally and most importantly, the availability was tremendous. With the previous club it was a battle just to get a boat booked. Here, we were allowed to have two reservations at a time not just one which made a huge difference. We were always able to get a boat when we wanted and were so pleased with that. The overall experience was wonderful and we will be coming back for years to come."
As you can see, we pamper you—Our friendly and professional staff caters to all your needs, similar to a 5-star hotel with door porters and concierge service at your fingertips.
Our staff greets you, carts all of your gear to and from the boat, loads it on and takes it off. You won’t haul a cooler or anything else down to the dock—that’s all part of the great service we provide.
Once you’re on the boat, one of our staff members valets the boat out of the slip and headed out of the marina. And when you come back, a quick cell phone call from the boat gets a team member to meet you at the end of the pier to valet you back into the slip.
Whether you want to take food on the boats or enjoy lakeside dining, we’ll order your food or make reservations for you.
Boat preparation and maintenance:
We clean and fuel the boats every time they go out. AND, we take care of ALL repairs, storage and winterizing. Your job: to show up and have fun.
Service while boating:
If you need help while on the lake, we’re a cell phone call away.
Celebrating a birthday or anniversary? Let us know, and we’ll help make it extra special.
